A case in simply an engagement where a Kasperion Principal engages with you to deliver an outcome. Cases range in size and complexity, hovewer our methodology for case management allows us to determine the appropriate service level (Initiator/Incubator/Accelerator) based on how far along you are in working through the specific challenge.

For example, you could be in the early phases of discovery and formulation for a corporate strategy or GoToMarket plan. Or you could be working through a plan to determine its change footprint across the organisation and need deeper analysis. Or perhaps, you might now be ready to kickoff a transformational change and are looking to initiate a program to direct the investment.

In these 'cases', a Kasperion Principal will work with you to build a shared understanding of the challenge and how we might be able to help.

Once we determine what services a client needs and where they are in their journey, we can rapidly advise on what service level they will need to invest in. Our service levels - Initiator, Incubator and Accelerator and specifically designed to tackle the basic phases of any enterprise investment and are scaled accordingly for effort and cost. 

While there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to providing ballpark estimates, we fully appreciate the value of transparency in estimates and budgeting. Our estimates are anchored to a flat fee model for the 3 service levels from where they are only adjusted for complexity.
